1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the eh777 platform available at eh777.net ("the Platform"), you ("the Player", "you", "your") confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Agreement"), together with the eh777 Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific or promotion-specific rules published on the Platform from time to time. If you do not accept any part of this Agreement, you must immediately cease using the Platform.

This Agreement constitutes the entire legal relationship between you and eh777 ("the Operator", "we", "us", "our") with respect to your use of the Platform. Any prior representations, arrangements, or understandings not expressly reflected in this Agreement are superseded.

2. Eligibility

Access to and participation in real-money gaming on eh777 is subject to the following eligibility conditions, all of which must be satisfied simultaneously:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. eh777 maintains a strict 18+ policy and applies age verification during the KYC process. Any account found to be held by an individual under 18 will be closed immediately, any winnings forfeited, and deposits returned at the Operator's sole discretion.
• You must be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is not expressly prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to ascertain whether participation is lawful in your province or location within Pakistan.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by eh777 or any third-party responsible gaming scheme with which eh777 operates.
• You must not be acting on behalf of another person, business entity, or as an agent or nominee. Each account must represent a single natural person playing for their own account.
• You must not have had a previous eh777 account closed for breach of this Agreement.

eh777 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time and to suspend or close an account pending verification.

3. Account Registration & KYC

To participate in real-money gaming on eh777, you must complete the registration process and provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, Pakistani residential address, and a valid email address and mobile number.

eh777 operates a Know Your Customer ("KYC") verification process in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering obligations. You acknowledge and agree to the following:

• You must submit a valid government-issued CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) or equivalent identification document when requested.
• Proof of payment method may be required – for example, a screenshot confirming ownership of the JazzCash or Easypaisa wallet used to deposit.
• KYC verification is mandatory before the first withdrawal can be processed. Deposits may be accepted prior to full KYC completion at the Operator's discretion, but funds will not be released until verification is satisfactory.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC is a material breach of this Agreement and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances.
• You are responsible for keeping your registration information current. Notify eh777 support immediately of any change to your name, address, contact details, or payment methods.

Each individual may hold only one registered account on the eh777 Platform. Duplicate accounts will be identified through our account monitoring systems and may result in the suspension of all associated accounts.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

Deposits. eh777 accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following approved payment channels: JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, Meezan Bank, UBL, Bank Alfalah, Visa, Mastercard, and USDT TRC20. Minimum deposit amounts are published on the cashier page and may vary by payment method. eh777 does not charge deposit fees, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

Deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted. Any deposit identified as originating from a third-party account may be reversed, and the associated eh777 account suspended pending investigation.

Withdrawals. Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• KYC verification must be complete before any withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit where technically possible, to comply with anti-money laundering requirements.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts and processing timelines are published on the cashier page. JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals typically complete within a few hours of approval. Bank transfers settle within one to three business days.
• eh777 reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal above a specified threshold or where unusual account activity is detected.
• Bonus funds are not directly withdrawable. Wagering requirements must be satisfied before any bonus-derived balance is eligible for withdrawal.

Currency. All account balances, transactions, and gameplay are denominated in PKR unless otherwise specified. USDT TRC20 deposits are converted to PKR at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of receipt, as published in the cashier.

5. Betting & Gaming Rules

All wagers placed on eh777 – whether in the sportsbook, live casino, slots, or arcade products – are subject to the game-specific and product-specific rules published within each game or betting market. In the event of any conflict between a product-specific rule and this Agreement, the product-specific rule prevails in respect of that product only.

The following general rules apply across all products:

• A bet or wager is only valid once it has been confirmed by the Platform and a confirmation reference has been issued. Bets accepted in error due to technical failure may be voided at the Operator's discretion.
• The Operator reserves the right to void any bet placed at an odds price or game stake that is manifestly incorrect due to a pricing error, technical fault, or human error.
• Winnings from voided bets will be returned to the player's account balance. Voided bets do not count toward bonus wagering requirements.
• Use of any software, bot, algorithm, or artificial intelligence to automate betting or gain an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of this Agreement.
• Collusion between players in any game format is prohibited. Where collusion is suspected, affected accounts may be suspended and winnings withheld pending investigation.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

eh777 offers various promotional incentives including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and enhanced odds. All promotions are subject to the specific terms published on the applicable promotion page at the time of offer, including wagering requirements, minimum odds, eligible games, and expiry windows. The following general conditions apply:

• Promotional offers are available to eligible registered players only. eh777 reserves the right to exclude any account from promotional eligibility at its discretion.
• A player may hold only one active welcome bonus at any time. Attempting to claim multiple welcome promotions through duplicate accounts is a breach of this Agreement.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the specified validity period. Unmet wagering requirements at expiry will result in the bonus and any bonus-derived winnings being removed from the account.
• eh777 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time. Where a promotion is withdrawn after a player has already opted in and partially met the wagering requirement, pro-rated relief may be applied at the Operator's discretion.
• Abuse of promotions – including but not limited to matched betting using duplicate accounts, exploitation of bonus terms through low-risk hedging strategies, or systematic churning of bonus funds – will result in account closure and forfeiture of promotional balances.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the eh777 Platform and constitute a material breach of this Agreement:

• Registration or use of the Platform by any person under the age of 18.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent registration or KYC information.
• Operating multiple accounts or registering on behalf of another person.
• Depositing funds derived from criminal activity or using the Platform in a manner that constitutes money laundering.
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to interact with the Platform.
• Any form of collusion, match-fixing, or game manipulation.
• Attempting to access the Platform through VPN, proxy, or other circumvention tools to mask your true location or identity.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing eh777 staff or other players.
• Any activity that attempts to disrupt, damage, or gain unauthorised access to Platform systems.

Upon detection of any prohibited activity, eh777 may immediately suspend the account, void all pending and historical wagers associated with the prohibited activity, and report the matter to relevant authorities where legally required.

8. Account Suspension & Closure

eh777 reserves the right to suspend or close any player account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances: breach of any provision of this Agreement; failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period; suspicion of fraudulent or criminal activity; technical security risk to the Platform; or at the player's own request for responsible gaming purposes.

Upon account closure for breach, any balance held in the account may be forfeited. Balances resulting from legitimate play and not associated with any breach will be returned via the player's registered payment method after deducting any outstanding obligations.

Players may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting eh777 support. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within 5 business days. A voluntary closure for responsible gaming purposes may be treated as a self-exclusion – see Section 12.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the eh777 Platform – including but not limited to software, graphics, game assets, text, logos, trademarks, and user interface elements – is the property of eh777 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with this Agreement. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, or commercially exploit any Platform content without the prior written consent of eh777.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, eh777's aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total deposits made by you in the thirty (30) days preceding the claim. eh777 is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.

eh777 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Service interruptions may occur due to maintenance, technical failure, or circumstances beyond eh777's reasonable control. eh777 will use commercially reasonable efforts to restore service promptly and will void any affected wagers where a game round was interrupted by a Platform fault.

11. Privacy & Data

Your use of the eh777 Platform is also governed by the eh777 Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference. By registering on the Platform, you consent to the collection, processing, and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. 12. Responsible Gaming

eh777 is committed to promoting responsible gaming. The Platform provides the following player-protection tools accessible from your account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits to control your spending.
• Loss Limits: Set limits on the amount you are prepared to lose within a defined period.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications after a specified period of continuous play.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily restrict your account access for a period of your choosing.
• Self-Exclusion: Request a permanent or extended exclusion from the Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and may not be reversed for a minimum of six months.

If you do not accept a proposed amendment, you must close your account before the amendment takes effect.

14. Governing Law

This Agreement and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which eh777 is incorporated and licensed to operate. Nothing in this clause limits your rights under any mandatory consumer protection laws that may apply in your jurisdiction.
